What CPSIA Compliance really means
CPSIA - The Consumer Product Safety Information Act was enacted in August 2008 after being signed into law by Then President George W. Bush. The act establishes safety requirements, guidelines and standards for products made for children. This act was also intended to modernize and re-authorize The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The CPSIA mandates that all products such as bedding made for Kids under 12 years old meets certain standards. Makers of these products are required to meet the standard are the lead limits set forth by the law. These standards are strictly enforced as they pertain to kid bedding, baby bedding and clothing.
Our products at products at Huggy Kids Bedding our Baby Bedding are CPSIA compliant. These products have never been re-called by the CPSC. Neither are they with paint or other surface coatings containing lead over specified amounts. Those products are also free of any of the six prohibited chemicals known as ‘91phthalates’92 which are primarily used as plasticizers.
The Consumer Product Safety Act also mandates that toy products must carry cautionary statements appropriately outlining the hazards, if they contain balloons, small parts or marbles. Our products are Huggy Kids Bedding we take steps to ensure that our products are within the CPSC’92s safety standards, rules and regulations and almost none of them present a substantial product hazard..
Verification and testing for harmful materials and their toxicity levels is essential to protect our your children from lead poisoning and to reduce risk associated with distributing lead-based products..

well if you have sheets then the cmotorfer shouldn’t touch you really. Also polyester is easy to clean and probably won’t require drycleaning you should be able to launder it at home which would be nice but you should check it out at the store and touch it yourself to see if you like it. You might also be concerned about whether it is too thick or too thin.References :
